The 8th Rule just fired. For the first time since Signal #37 took us to the sidelines, the Rule Dashboard is flashing a new entry signal. The system is telling us it’s time to start scaling back in. If you’ve been following the War Room, you know we’ve been sitting in 100% cash via USFR since March.. watching.. waiting for the system to speak.
It just did.
Before I get into the exact trade, sizing, and execution.. a reminder. This is how the system works. We don’t predict. We don’t front-run.
We wait for confirmation, then we act with zero hesitation.
The 8th Rule doesn’t care about your feelings, the news cycle, or what crypto Twitter thinks the bottom is. It reads volatility-adjusted momentum across two speeds, and when the conditions are met, we move.
Below is the full breakdown. What triggered, what I’m buying, and how it fits into the current portfolio allocation.
Portfolio Changes
Initiating a 25% position in Bitcoin.. 5% of total portfolio via

Buying 184 shares of $IBIT. (25% position of 20% total allocation in Bitcoin).
Reminder that new portfolio split when fully allocated (for me) is:
SPY (50%)
BTC (20%)
GLD (20%)

We’re still far off from a proper size-up (check VATS Z-Score in the dashboard) to 100% so patience is key here. Given the current geopolitical environment, things can (and will) turn on a dime.
Be flexible and prepared to un-emotionally execute the signals.
