Bitcoin’s Signals Don’t Match.. And This Week Proved It

If you were hoping for clarity, you didn’t get much.
If you were hoping for a trend shift, you didn’t get that either.

Instead, we got contradictions everywhere: weak ISM (the biggest red-flag), a liquidity plumbing twitch, a surprise TGA reversal higher, and a split regime picture where models disagree on direction. Bitcoin’s own trend? Still bearish. Stocks? Risk-on & bullish.

The environment is technically “expansion,” but showing none of the clean, confident follow-through you want to see during a genuine risk-on cycle.

Global M2 is drifting upward, but range-bound. Liquidity isn’t collapsing, but it’s not breaking out either. This is the definition of macro limbo.

📉 Short-Term Price Action: Higher Lows… Maybe

My positioning remains unchanged in its principles:

• Bitcoin: 0%: waiting for trend flip

• S&P 500: Small, steady DCA (momentum/trend strong but caution warranted)

• Gold: Nearly fully allocated (trend supportive, defensive role valuable)

• Options Plays: Reserved for full risk-on & trend confirmation

Slow, methodical, unemotional.
Exactly what volatile macro environments demand.

🧱 On-Chain & Liquidations

On-chain conditions remain mostly bearish.
Long-term holders continue selling aggressively.. atypical for this stage of the cycle.
Liquidation heatmaps show upside pockets into 95K, but also soft voids below 80–84K. We’re in “no man’s land,” structurally speaking.

It reinforces the same theme: the next major move is likely large, but timing requires a trend confirmation.

📌 Final Thoughts: Something Doesn’t Add Up

If this week had a theme, it’s this:

The signals don’t match.
And when signals don’t match, volatility follows.

Too many contradictions are stacking:

• Weak ISM

• Repo stress

• TGA rising, not falling

• Bitcoin trend bearish

• Stocks risk-on

• Regime models split

• Liquidity neither bullish nor bearish

This is exactly the kind of environment where patience beats prediction.

When the trend flips, I’ll update instantly.
